Both RV lots include water and sewer hookups, and high speed WIFI - and they pay their own electric usage. The other RV pad is occupied by a wonderful couple who live in a converted green bus! Your pad includes a nice, private yard. There are 30 and 50 amp plugs and you would be welcome to share the various outdoor spaces including organic gardens, compost bins, a back patio, clotheslines, and fire pit. There's off street parking for your car or truck (up to 2 vehicles) and there's a commercial laundry about 1/2 mile away. You would, however, need to receive your mail elsewhere and there's a PO 1 mile away.
We are located in a semi-rural area in Candler yet are just 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville with all of it's cultural offerings - amazing restaurants, shops and lively musical scene. The WNC area also is known for many nature-oriented attractions including hiking/bike trails, national forests, the Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, and so much more. Nearby there is a county park with an 18-hole disc golf course, a dog park, 2 sand volley ball courts, walking trails, and 8 soccer fields.
