Job Summary
Hiring Immediately! We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Construction Worker for full-time work with Larson Construction LLC in Western North Carolina. Join our team working on residential renovations, commercial projects, framing, trim, tile, and finish work in the Mars Hill, Asheville, and Madison/Buncombe County areas.
Duties
Site preparation and setup for construction and renovation projects
Operate hand tools and power tools safely for framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and tile work
Perform demolition, restoration, and renovation tasks
Install flooring and tile laying, caulking, and painting
Handle heavy lifting with proper safety techniques
Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter, construction worker, framer, or tile installer
Strong skills in trim carpentry, cabinetry, flooring installation, and general construction
Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Valid Social Security card
Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented
Pay & Benefits
$25–$35/hour depending on experience. Paid role with opportunity for growth in a local Western NC construction company.
Work Location: In person – Mars Hill / Western North Carolina (Madison & Buncombe Counties) – local projects only, minimal travel.
