Hi, early 30's here looking for a room to rent long-term. I don't smoke, drink, or have any pets. I've lived in Asheville for nearly 12 years. Full time job, part time school. I'm looking for a safe and mostly quiet place to unwind from my days. I am dependable, and clean. I am looking to find somewhere by March 1st, possibly earlier. Can afford $800 utilities inc.
