2007 Rockwood Roo in great well kept clean condition. Rear slide out with double bed. Another double bed in the front with lots of extra storage above. Has a fold out couch bed and the previous owner custom built another bed in place of the dining booth and also installed extra large cabinets for tons of storage. It's got a really cool Lagoon table that can swing and move in any position. Broken glass in rear side window should be easy to replace. This trailer is well laid out and roomy. Roof has been well maintained and was just recoated last fall. Included is a rail mounted outdoor grill, adjustable hitch with weight distribution system and anti-sway bar for easy towing. Weighs 3,536 lbs. and is 23 feet long- putting the slide out gains an extra 4 feet in length. Lot's of extra stuff included. Everything works as expected.
