Purchased from Miles RV in Fletcher 3 years ago.
It was caulked prior to purchase, so it needs all the seals caulked, roof cleaned and possibly some sealant around edges.
I am unable to verify as I am elderly and I can't get up there . Price reflects "as is" condition.
As stated, no leaks since I've owned it.
My Daughter had it for 1 year at lake James, had it moved to forest city where it sat for 1 year then I moved it to my other property, where it has been under carport for a year.
Awning functions great but needs to be cleaned. No rips or tears. Electric function.
Everything works as it should. Bath fan needs replaced and a couple of lights.
AC was replaced by a better unit in summer of 2023
