The camper is in excellent condition. No leaks, water damage, etc. We are the third owners and it has been well cared for. All systems and appliances work (Heat, A/C, Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, Slide) except awning (see below). We have really enjoyed the camper, but we have decided that we want something a little smaller with a bunk house for our daughter.
Only two issues that we are aware of are that the power awning will not open and the sensor for the black tank is reading inaccurately (fairly common problem and probably just needs cleaned). The awning motor is getting power and appears to try to open, but seems stuck. We have not had an opportunity to have it diagnosed. It did open when we bought it and the canvas appeared to be in good shape.
We are not planning to sell any of our accessories (sewer hose, fresh water hose, pressure regulator, tire covers, weight distribution and sway control hitch, etc) with the camper as we hope to find another one soon, but this could be negotiated if high enough interest.
