Housemate wanted to share a quiet, furnished house in a neighborhood 1 mile outside of Weaverville, NC. 15 - 20 minutes commute to downtown Asheville, Marshall, Mars Hill, Leicester, Barnardsville and Candler. No smoking inside, sleepovers or drugs. This vacancy is available on or aboutt Monday, 15 November 2025.

Bedroom is private and furnished (except linens). All utilities (please conserve) and full household privileges are included; washer / dryer, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, stove / oven, fridge, central heat & a/c, and fireplace. Close to a park / jogging track and a nearby creek stocked with trout; entrance to the BlueRidge Parkway and hiking trails are quickly accesable.

A quiet indoor cat is in residence, and additional pets are not permitted.

Current employment, rental, work and personal references are required. (I will also provide references upon request.) A nominal refundable security deposit is requested. All interested applicants will receive fair consideration.
