Spacious room in a clean & cozy cabin for rent. Room has private entrance, easy access to laundry, large kitchen, and bathroom with bath tub. 950 includes all utilities and wifi.

The home has walking access to trails, a large deck, screened in porch, a half acre yard with a fire pit and soon-to-be garden, and plenty of parking space.

Jonathon Creek is a hidden gem. 15 minutes to Waynesville, 10 minutes to Maggie Valley, 35 minutes to Asheville. The parkway, Cataloochee, waterfalls, and Cherokee are all a short drive away.

Two females currently live in the home. We both work a lot and spend our time at the home resting and recharging. We are seeking someone easy-going, clean, and stable. We are open to Pets!
