Hi! I have a room available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located on a quiet street in Swannanoa for a 6 month minimum stay with the potential for longer. The monthly rent is $760, plus split electric and water. I'll cover the internet and garbage. Bedroom is furnished with a TV, Queen-sized bed, closet, A/C and dresser. About me: Woman in her early 40's working on building her career. Lives with rescued senior pitbull who is extremely gentle and friendly to all humans. If you have a dog, she must meet your dog to see if it's a good fit. Cats won't work, unfortunately. Looking for someone who doesn't work from home, knows how to communicate when needed and is respectful of basic things like cleaning up after yourself and noise levels at night. Laundry on-site. Absolutely no for hard drugs or excessive alcohol/THC use. Moderation is fine and smoking is outdoors only.
