I have a new renovated room off my barn that I am renting out for $100 weekly and a $400 move in security deposit fully refundable if place is left as found. It includes electricity, water (cold water just outside of room and a cold water shower hook-up as well), a/c and heat and is furnished. Has no indoor plumbing nor kitchen however. Landlord wood consider occasional use of his spare bathroom to right person! Single mail occupancy only! NO pets. NO smokers. This is a QUIET (quiet times after 11PM due to respect for other renter), relaxed rural setting only three miles from downtown Franklin, NC. This is more of an "elevated camping room" as opposed to a regular room rental. If you're fit/open-minded, this wood probably be ideal for you! (More pics upon request). One final note. This is NOT a sex post! DON'T be disgusting with sending me filthy requests/remarks!!! ANY such filth be immediately sent to the authorities.
