The lower level has good windows, plenty of fresh air, ceiling fans, central ac/heat, and natural light. It stays very warm in the winter, and nice and cool in the Summer.
I live on the property in the main house and occupy the top floor. Single guy, 42. Work from home half the time and in the field half the time. I am typically in and out throughout the day, and sleep during reasonable hours of 11pm/12ish-7/8am during the week. I am up later on the weekends typically bc I DJ 1x/week on average, but quiet and ready to pass out when I come back home.
There is a tenant living in the apartment above the garage across the driveway. She is great. She’s been here for 15 months. She has two Australian Shephards dogs who are sweethearts. They are very nice dogs to have on the property.
