The room/home would be a great fit for a young professional who, like us, is past their party days - don't get me wrong, we enjoy our weekend beverages, but our jobs keep us quite busy and responsible during the week. Although the house would be ideal for a young professional, we’re open to a wide range of people and age groups. That said, we’re specifically looking for a female roommate who is responsible, considerate, and comfortable living in a shared home.
The house is located in a quiet and well-established neighborhood, surrounded by mountains and daily wildlife. While the setting is rural, we’re also centrally located:
~10 minutes to Lake Junaluska, Food Lion, Haywood Regional Medical Center, and Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center
~15 minutes to downtown Waynesville
~35 minutes to downtown Asheville
~40 minutes to Western Carolina University
Additional Details:
- Available March 1st
- Rent: $825/month (all utilities included)
- Refundable security deposit: $400 ($200 to reserve; the additional $200 can be paid in monthly installments if needed)
- Private bedroom and bathroom
- 12-month lease preferred
- No cats or dogs (we may consider a very well-trained, house-broken lap dog)
- No smoking or toking in the house
- No children
- No cohabitation
- No strangers in the house
- Must be fully employed and provide proof of employment/income
- Clean and tidy living habits expected
