It has a nice sunny, country kitchen with a gas stove, large stainless steel refrigerator with French doors and lower freezer, a very large dining-living room with hardwood flooring, and a recently renovated bathroom with custom shower. It also has a washer and dryer, free to use. It has 1.5 bathrooms and we would share the shower, however you would have your own toilet room with absolute privacy at night.
Your share of the rent is $500 a month, plus a share of the electricity. All other utilities are included as well as access to high speed (1Gig), very reliable, WIFI. Deposit equal to one-month's rent ($500 ) and references required, and I will do a background and credit check.
I am seeking someone holistically minded, good-hearted, with a good work history, and who can pay their rent on time.
A little bit about me I have had two careers, one as a new business development director and the other as a nanny. I've also done sales. Generally I am upbeat, energetic, clean, fair and kind, and love to dance. Currently, however, I am laid up for 6 to 8 weeks with a sacral fracture.
The large dining/living room just has a dining table with chairs and a large coffee table - but you can see a few pics of the area when it was furnished - to give you a better idea of how large it is and what it's like with furniture. You are welcome to bring yours!
