Beautiful Condo property! 1 minute off the Highway (I-26) less than 10 min to downtown Asheville. This is a second floor unit with no neighbors above. Pets DO live on property but NOT allowed in this rental. This is the first unit on the property so there is some pronounced noise from cars passing by on New Stock Rd. (most notably during rush hours) and some barking dogs occasionally
Private Bathroom is literally 2 steps from the bedroom on the opposite side of the condo, not touching the other bedroom (ideal roommate situation for added privacy), which is occupied by myself, the primary lease holding renter. A Tension rod with curtain has been added for extra privacy between your bedroom / bathroom.
