I'm a female 33 year old communications professional looking for a roommate to rent one or two of the bedrooms for 6-12 months. One unfurnished bedroom can be rented for $1,100. If you also work remote or need a little extra space the guest bedroom can be rented (though it is mostly furnished) for an additional $300 (total of $1,400).
I work from home and am looking for a respectful, clean, and friendly roommate who loves dogs. My friendly but energetic pup, Goose, loves most other dogs and is a big cuddler. In my free time I love to hike/backpack, read, do yoga/pilates, and travel.
About the home:
Newly repainted with upgraded appliances, new high-pressure shower heads, new flooring, windows and insulation, it has everything you need to feel at home.
Outside, you'll find a backyard that, despite being in a neighborhood, feels very private, and is perfect for your your pup to play in. It has a temporary fence coming off the deck so if your pup won't try to jump it, its a convenient place for a potty break.
Its about a 10-minute walk from the eclectic array of coffee shops and bars on Haywood street and just a 5 minute drive, 20 minute bike ride, or a leisurely two hour walk from downtown Asheville.
