Also, have a generous garden that provides daily/weekly organic veggies, some fruit trees and plants, along with several types of flowers and herbs. Anyone with or without a green thumb has the opportunity to help grow or harvest, or just enjoy a smaller grocery bill!
We have a pretty good cleaning schedule and like to keep things tidy, especially in the common areas of the home that we share. As well as, keeping things respectful as far as personal space, property and quiet during late or early hours.
The room has some furnishings, a dresser, shelves and lamps, but no bed. The option of unfurnished can work as well. There are 2 closets and more storage directly outside of the room, and would consider it being pretty spacious measuring 12' x16'.
We are 2 independant people, and are open to any gender or age. We love our animals, the outdoors Asheville has to offer, a garden to harvest, cook and share organic meals together occasionally, work hard and appreciate a balance in life.
BTW, there is washer/dryer available, dishwasher, and all lawn maintenance is provided. The home has had recent renovations and now includes off street parking, with a sizeable gravel pad.
1st month plus equal deposit is required to move in and that includes all utilities. Wifi is available too. This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and home, and pretty centrally located, no drama please. Home share is available starting May 1st.
