ROOMS: Private, all inclusive, fully furnished. Big windows. Comes with a bed, linens, towel, desk, chair & closet. Rooms are in a cozy hillside home. Utilities, wifi & free street parking are included.
HOUSEHOLD: Share with 2-3 quiet, clean, considerate adults. Enjoy the equipped kitchen + 2 clean bathrooms + covered front porch with rocking chairs, spacious living & dining room. We keep things simple, tidy & tended well without having to meet about it. We’ll consider a *very* well behaved pet.
