Furnished bedroom (in 2 bedroom/1bath). $825/month + half of electric/month (internet, water, and trash included). $430 refundable deposit. Seeking Housemate age 30+. Month to month rental (with a 30 day move out notice required). This is located in a beautiful & walkable area of West Asheville, on a quiet street with great neighbors. There is a front porch & additional outdoor seating area that also has a fire pit. We have great lighting, which is great if you love plants or just enjoy good lighting! There is an off street parking spot and a washer/dryer located in the basement. This is a smoke/vape free house, no drugs, excessive alcohol use, or parties. Common areas are fully furnished (no space for additional furnishings), but bedroom furniture could be modified (bed would stay but other furniture could be removed). Additional furry roommates aren’t possible.

About me:
I enjoy art, don’t watch much tv, walk a lot with my dog, am quiet but also enjoy conversation, live a healthy lifestyle, and am an open communicator. I occasionally have a friend or two over for dinner or games. I love plants! I have a sweet 10 year old rescue dog that is my shadow. I appreciate a positive space that is great for recharging. I value cleanliness, mature and honest communication, experiences, and being noise conscious. I’d love to find someone with similar interests and preferences.

It would be great to find someone active & healthy, who is good with animals, enjoys experiences and art, keeps spaces tidy/organized/clean, etc. I’m looking for someone employed off-site and with similar quiet hours(9pm-7am) & similar work hours (9ish am-5ish pm).
