ROOM: All inclusive, fully furnished, large private room. Big windows. Double bed + a day bed. Large desk, chair & closet. Freshly cleaned linens & towel. This room is in a cozy hillside home. Utilities, wifi & free street parking are included.
HOUSEHOLD: Share with 2-3 quiet, clean, considerate adults. Fully equipped kitchen + 2 clean bathrooms + covered front porch with rocking chairs, spacious living & dining room. We keep things simple, tidy & tended well without having to meet about it. Will consider *very* well behaved pets.
