Shared bathrooms and small kitchen space down the hall. 2nd level.
I am in the office about half-time in daytime M-F, and I am somewhat flexible on my weekly office times. I'm open to sharing the office at all times, or to having a few agreed-upon "you get Mondays, I get Tuesdays..." times in the week if helpful. I have infrequent phone calls / meetings with clients, and would hope for the same for your work if we're in the office together.
