When I’m gone, the chiropractic table would be pushed to the side; there is a black cubby block with storage space in there for the renter. If renter is another chiropractor, they would be able to utilize the adjusting table for an extra fee. The office space also has a shared waiting room. Asking also for a $300 security deposit.
