This beautiful office comes with internet/wifi, high quality furnishings, ProOne water filter, stainless interior water kettle, Epson printer/scanner/copier (plus paper and ink), in-room half-fridge with freezer, white noise machine, space heater, and ample private dedicated lockable storage space.

There is a separate kitchenette with a microwave available for the renters' use in the building, plus two private restrooms. Upholstered benches in the common hallway can be used for waiting patients/clients.

I clean the office and provide plant care.

Free parking within 0-3 min walk, but my clients often choose the metered spots just in front of the office (2-hr slots, can re-feed meter every 2 hrs).

Office is available up to 6 days per week, starting at $350/mo for one day per week ranging to $1000/mo for six days per week.
