A growing speaker manufacturing company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team immediately. This role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle daily office operations while maintaining regular communication with customers. Some qualifications are required, while others are considered valuable added experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, along with either:
- At least 2 years of office-related vocational training, or
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Excellent communication and phone skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and other interested parties
Preferred Qualifications (Pluses):
- Experience with quality control or Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar standards)
- Background in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to HR functions, production scheduling, shipping/receiving, and transportation documentation
- Experience using QuickBooks
Compensation & Benefits:
