A fast-paced healthcare industry service company in South Asheville is seeking a Call Center Reception Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is heavily phone-based and focused on managing high call volume, troubleshooting concerns, and dispatching tickets to technicians. What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer a high volume of incoming customer calls
Gather details and troubleshoot basic service concerns
Create accurate service tickets and route to technicians
Process customer orders and service requests
Document calls and updates in internal systems
Maintain a calm, professional tone during busy periods
