This is a part-time position that reports directly to the founder and is a mix of work-from-home as well as in-person collaboration.
A few questions…
~ Are you a figure-it-out and get-it-done kind of person?
~ Do you have a good attitude and get along well with others?
~ Do you have an appreciation for art and creativity?
~ Do you like watching from the back of the stage, knowing that the show was able to go on because of all your behind-the-scenes work?
In addition, the ideal person we are looking for is...
~ Beyond organized (we want YOU to be able to give us organization advice).
~ Detail oriented, hard working, and efficient.
~ Communicative and responsive, with strong written and oral communication skills.
~ Comfortable with technology. We use many online systems to keep our company up and running and you must be comfortable with social media, computer software systems, and processes.
~ Self directed. I allow a lot of freedom and flexibility, but if you can’t get the job done, meet the deadlines, and make it happen without lots of supervision, we won’t be a match.
~ Reliable. We all have families, problems, and personal lives, but I provide enough flexibility that not meeting deadlines will be unacceptable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
~ Schedule social media
~ Communicate and coordinate with employees, sponsors, contractors, service providers, readers, etc
~ Set up systems and processes using our project management software

~ Help with tech and computer tasks
~ Run errands and make arrangements as needed
~ Perform research
This position will begin at 5-10 hours a week and the tasks outlined above, but has the potential to grow with the applicant and the business.
