This is a beautiful and unique petite late 19th to early 20th century 7/8 German violin signed by Grammy-winning artists. These were exported between roughly 1880 and 1930.

I bought this from Jason Carter and Bronwyn Keith-Hynes, and I asked them to sign the back.
(Keith-Hynes is a Grammy-winning bluegrass fiddler and vocalist who has recorded and toured with Dailey & Vincent, Sierra Hull, Sarah Jarosz, the Milk Carton Kids, Tim O'Brien and Tony Trischka.
Carter is a 3-time Grammy winner and 5-time IBMA Fiddle Player of the Year bluegrass musician. He is best known for his work with the iconic bluegrass bands, Del McCoury Band and the Travelin' McCourys.)

This violin has a Wittner tailpiece, a boxwood chinrest and new Dominant strings. The violin was professionally setup and is in excellent, stable, playable condition. A basic vintage hard case is included for transportation/shipping.
