Taylor Custom Dreadnaught Prototype, hand built by Andy Powers! - $3,400 (Waynseville or Asheville)

I literally purchased it directly from the Taylor factory in 2012. I spoke with Andy Powers about it then, who told me he personally made it, and really liked the unique wood, but it took too long to dry to use for full production.
Other things that were noted about it:
Special one off Prototype, limited wood, tortoise shell inlay and rosette, custom braced by Andy, it has side bracing and solid kerfing
It sounds and plays fantastic.
Collector owned and maintained, always kept in case within a climate controlled environment.
No flaws I can find, mint condition. The pictures speak for themselves, the grain is fantastic.
Never left the house or gigged under my watch (Im a bass player, but love the exotic woods, especially with great figuring!)
With the original hard shell case.
I live in Waynesville area, but am in Asheville fairly regularly for potential meetups.
