I've been a long time customer of Mark's. He was the head luthier of Musician's Workshop in North Asheville on Merrimon. I am a retired music store owner from Dallas, TX. We carried most major brands and were the factory warranty repair center in the DFW Metroplex for Martin, Taylor, Gibson, Takamine, Alvarez, Jose Ramirez, Hirade and more. I would have hired Mark in a heartbeat at my store. He is NOT aware that I'm posting this. He is too humble to do so, so I'm speaking up for him.
