Sitka Spuce top. Indian Rosewood back and sides. Maple binding. Waverly tuners. OHSC. Near Mint. Body shape and size similar to a Gibson J-45. A new DS is over $5500. When I bought this guitar new at Acoustic Music Works 19 years ago, I had my old D-28 with me to compare. I played a half dozen other guitars that day, including guitars by Collings and others by Huss and Dalton. Looks had nothing to do with my choice, even though it is a ‘looker’. This guitar is very resonant. As a lead instrument, it has great volume and articulation. Serial #1333. I would consider a trade for a good F mandolin. Otherwise, cash.
