Quality Musical Systems (QMS) in Candler, NC is now hiring for multiple full‑time positions. We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work, bring a positive team‑player attitude, and can work independently. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
-Adhere to ISO quality and safety standards
-Carry out assigned duties in production areas such as Final Assembly, Mold Room, Waste Stream, Shipping & Receiving, or T‑Nuts
-Meet daily production expectations with accuracy and consistency
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
-Participate in cross‑training and support multiple departments
-Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
-Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented workplace
đź“Ś Job Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
-Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
-Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Flexible to learn new skills and move between departments as needed
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Comfortable performing physical, hands‑on manufacturing tasks
-No experience required — full on‑the‑job training provided
