Up for sale is my 2009 BMW F800gs. She has been relegated to rare short rides around the dirt roads and lost highways of the sweltering south, and has, alas, not found the mountains, nor trails, nor double rainbows that my imaginations had so clearly painted. She is ready to fulfill these obligations to some lucky man, or long legged wo-man who so relishes the calling.
I bought this back in '11 from the first owner, who was a meticulous fellow, and have only added about 2000 miles to the total, bring today's mileage to 12,561. Title is clear.
I wouldn't hesitate to throw a leg over her and bound toward the Canadian Rockies...were I to rob a local bank or something.
From factory she had things like: ABS, Heated Grips, and a very tall inseam.
I can't recall all the Farkles than came pre-loaded back in '11, but here's a few of mine and a couple of his:
Renazco Racing Seat (and a BMW comfort seat...a two up thing that came with bike)
BMW aluminum pannier set (all luggage is keyed the same as ignition)
BMW Vario top case
Madstad Windshield (and stock windshield)
Instrument panel with various plug ins (forget model)
very special hot/cold switch designed by HighTechCoonAss to fix snatchy throttle (a must have)
crash bars (came with bike, not sure of manufacturer)
Heidenau K60 front and rear (1500 miles on tires)
upgraded battery(will have to check brand)
new spare air filter
repair manual (haynes i believe if memory serves)
original BMW manual
