I bought this for my grandsons electric scooter thinking that was the problem with his scooter. Received the new battery charged it as per instructions installed it on his e-scooter and realized immediately the battery was not the problem, at that point I took it off the scooter and put it back in the box, it is basically brand new never been used just hooked up for approximately 3 minutes to his scooter, original cost $120 on Amazon I think is where I got it. I will guarantee your money back if it don't work which I know it does which makes it actually better than a new one because sometimes they don't work out of the box, just call with questions but chances are you will not get me so leave a message and I will call you back.
