Element Arbor is seeking a motivated Ground Worker to join our professional tree care crew. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in arboriculture. No prior experience is required — training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting climbers and crew with tree pruning and removal operations
• Operating and feeding the wood chipper
• Dragging and staging brush and debris
• Maintaining a clean and safe work site
• Assisting with equipment setup and basic ground operations
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a crew
• Safety-minded attitude
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
• Interest in learning tree care and climbing
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
• Experience operating outdoor equipment
