About Lucky Elk
Lucky Elk is an e-commerce hemp company built on craft, consistency, and community. We partner with amazing small family farmers to curate the best hemp on the market. We treat our work as a daily ritual—showing up with care, intention, and pride to tell our farmers' stories and ship their premium products to our customers.
The Role
We are looking for Fulfillment Product Specialists who take pride in the details. In this role, you are the last line of defense before our product reaches the customer. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and labeling orders with speed and precision, ensuring that the "unboxing experience" reflects the high quality of the hemp inside.
This is a hands-on, active role. If you enjoy getting into a rhythm, working with your hands, and being part of a tight-knit crew, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
1. Pick, Pack & Ship
Execute the daily fulfillment of orders with high accuracy.
Master the "Lucky Elk Standard" for packaging—ensuring every jar, bag, and box is sealed and presented perfectly.
Operate shipping software stations efficiently to keep the workflow moving.
2. Product Quality & Knowledge
Act as a true Product Specialist: Learn our inventory so you can spot errors, identify strains, and ensure customers get exactly what they ordered.
Inspect products for quality defects during the packing process.
3. Workspace & Team Support
Station Prep: Complete daily pre work—pre-folding boxes, restocking shipping supplies, and preparing the line for the next day.
Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace. We treat our fulfillment center like a professional kitchen; cleanliness equals efficiency.
Collaboration: Communicate clearly with the Fulfillment Manager and teammates to identify bottlenecks or low inventory.
Who You Are
Detail-Oriented: You notice if a label is crooked or a seal isn't tight. You care about the "small stuff."
Reliable & Consistent: You show up on time, ready to work. You can maintain a steady pace throughout the shift without cutting corners.
Physically Capable: You are comfortable standing for your shift, performing repetitive tasks with your hands, and moving at a fast pace.
Team Player: You bring a positive attitude to the floor. We work hard, but we have fun doing it.
Requirements
Must be 21+ years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.
Bonus: Experience with hemp, cannabis, or warehouse shipping (ShipStation/Shopify) is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
