It is from Central Asia. Everything was done using an old foreign coin as a base. Base metal for the rest other than the coin (called 'local silver' but not what we call 'silver) ~ Size is about 3" long (including the 'danglies'). Am near Downtown Asheville. The green stone one has been sold and this one has a red stone. I think it is made of glass and not an expensive stone.
