This pendant was created somewhere in Asia long ago using a one inch diameter old coin which has flowers on it. The entire thing is 3" long. It has 4 heart dangles on it. There is a royal blue stone set in the middle which I believe is glass. It is faceted and pointy. It comes with a faux leather cord for immediate wear.
