Crystal Quartz Point Pendant with high quality silver embellishments. 6-point clear crystal. There is a beautiful teal green sapphire and an amethyst incorporated in this piece. I had it made it Bali in the 1980's when I lived on that magical island. It is about 2" long total (The pendant itself is 1.5" long without the hanging pieces.)
One of the most distinctive Balinese silver jewelry styles is the granulation technique—tiny spheres or dots meticulously arranged and soldered onto silver pieces to create intricate patterns. Known locally as "Jawan," this 'dot work' represent patience and skill, crafted entirely by hand. The resulting jewelry features beautifully detailed patterns. Last photo shows someone is asking $450 for a similar piece.
