Hand work. Original and rare. I had this made in Kathmandu, Nepal, back in the 1980's. It was made by hand. The silver is high quality and the moonstone is also high quality. They did not mark the silver for content in those days as these items were not made for the export market but for me as an individual. It is in new, unworn condition as it has been in storage for decades. The size is one inch long. It is fairly thick (rather than thin) and 'substantial'. It should last a very long time. One photo shows the back also. The Newari of Kathmandu Valley are renown for their silver work.
