3 inch deep and 12 inch Diameter. They have been in the same family (my now deceased Parents' home) for many decades now. Made extremely well ~ many decades old.
Each basket is 3 deep and has a 12" diameter. You can put things in both to steam over a skillet or wok (where you put in a bit of water to create the steam). Also can be used for fruit and other food items you would like to have air circulation for. From a non-smoking, no-pets home.
I will sell one also for $19 if you would like to use it as a fruit/vegetable basket.
Retain food's natural flavors, vitamins and nutrients better than any other method.
I don't have a lid for it but you can use a generic lid. Looks great ~ almost like new (but it IS vintage). They used to make things so much better in the old days.
