Hello, we are in search or a place to call home as we navigate getting back on our feet after Helene. It is myself and 2 children, ages 15 and 18, both homeschool. I work 2 jobs, I do not drink or smoke or do ANY type of drugs. We are home bodies, i work and go home. We don’t have a lot of people in and out of the house. My children are very respectful and responsible. We are in need of A 2 or 3 bedroom, and 2 baths. Preferably a yard, as we have 1 dog, but not necessary. I work in Asheville, so anything within a 45 min drive to Asheville would be my location preference. I am 49 years old, very responsible, hard worker, and just looking for a place for me and my children to call home. My rental cap is $1400. Can manage more if utilities are included.
