Here I have 3 jars of Reishi mushroom tincture at $50 each. The mushrooms come from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. The species is Ganoderma Tsugae, also known as the Hemlock Reishi. This mushroom grows on the dead and decaying trunks of the Eastern Hemlock. I went out into the woods and harvested by hand, in a sustainable way, the fruiting bodies of the mushroom, leaving the mycelium, or "roots" of the mushroom intact within the hemlocks, and only harvesting enough for my personal use. I brought them to my house and proceeded to clean each mushroom, cut them into thin slices for easier use, and air dry them with a fan blowing gently on them for 3-4 days.

Reishi mushrooms, including Ganoderma Tsugae, have numerous health benefits including being anti-inflammatory, anti-cancerous, adaptogenic, loaded with antioxidants, improving brain and memory function, reducing or reversing tumor growth, just to name a few. There are many other benefits. You can google them.
I will admit, I made this for myself to use. I have since stopped using alcohol as a personal choice. Instead of throwing this tincture out (as that would be a terrible waste), I was hoping to pass it on to someone who would be open minded about using it. I am in no way an expert in tinctures or reishi mushrooms.
However I have used this exact recipe before, made by me, with great results! The tincture itself is reishis and vodka. Nothing else! I used Rain vodka which is distilled from grapes so gluten-sensitive people fear not. Use this product at your own discretion. I am not a doctor or authorized to prescribe medicine, I can simply relay my own experience with this medicine.
I use about a half ounce per day, usually in the morning, with plenty of water. It does not taste good, but is easy to get over because of the knowledge of the benefits it imbibes in the user. It's not an immediate noticeable effect, but within a few weeks of using, I noticed an increase in energy, mood, overall health and well-being. One jar is approximately a handle of vodka and 200 grams of dried mushroom. Given that I used roughly a half ounce per day that equates to approximately 100 days of use per jar. Do note the mushrooms soak up plenty of vodka, so you may need to squeeze the last bit out of them when you get to the bottom. Mushroom debris is normal and you may wish to strain if it bothers you.
In a nutshell, I would love to pass these tinctures on to someone who is in need or simply curious and open-minded. Once again, I say use at your own discretion as everyone reacts differently to different compounds such as this. I have had great effects using this exact tincture in the past and fully believe in the powerful healing of reishi mushrooms! If you have interest or questions please reach out through email and I would love to chat about them. Thanks for looking!
