This mahogany table was created by my father stationed overseas in the 60's. The tree was originally divided into 3 sections. My Dad chose the outer side with the knot hole. One of his Navy Seebee buddies got the center part.
The other guy took the opposite outer side. It weighs an estimated 290 lbs. The legs are of the same tree and are scribed to match the contour of the underside.
