This set has been a center of our family life for meals, family gatherings, game evenings, birthday parties and homework sessions. It remains as solid as ever and is ready for many more years of use.
TABLE
Made of a thick slab of pine supported by trestles, making it very sturdy and heavy. Regularly maintained with furniture wax, but never refinished, so it shows the signs of a busy life. Refinishing would make it look spectacular, but continued care of the wood will do as well.

BENCH
Seats 3 adults. It has some country-style carvings.

CHAIRS
The original set comes with four chairs (2 with arms). A fifth chair was purchased to accommodate company. It is a near match, just with a little larger seat. The seats were originally finished in twine and were re-caned. The extra chair is still in twine. The cane on most chairs is in good condition. One seat needs repair or at minimum a seat cushion.

I cannot help with moving the table. On ground level with 2 steps from doorway to sidewalk
