New York Line by Line: From Broadway to the Battery. By Robinson.

In the early 1960s, German illustrator Robinson visited New York and documented his trip. He used illustrations as opposed to photographs, using his signature style known as the "X-Ray View." Robinson is considered a graphics pioneer.

Using extremely detailed illustrations, Robinson depicts 1960's Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Radio City Music Hall, Grand Central Station, The Empire State Building, Times Square, Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Wall Street and the Stock Exchange, Central Park, The New York Public Library, The United Nations, Rockefeller Center, Park Avenue, The Museum of Modern Art, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Statue of Liberty, Kennedy Airport, and so much more.

Hardcover with dust jacket. In pristine, like new condition. There is an inscription, but it was written in blue ink on a dark blue page, and it's barely visible. Smoke-free home. Pet-free home.
