Beautiful turned wood! It has been in my family since the 1950's and we probably got it already old. If you love antiques as I do, this might be for you. The seat at its widest is 18.5 inches. There is 18" from the bottom to the seat part. I have put floor guards on the legs. The seat does taper and this is the front part that is the widest. Please note there are some cracks in the legs because of the age of this chair. It has been in storage now for decades and just getting around to try to find a new owner for it. I am including the photos of the cracks so you know. Some people are good at filling these in.
