I have a chair and bed alarm by Secure Safety Solutions. It's for dementia patients to put on their mattress to notify you if the patients gets up. There are two alarm monitors, a bed sensor (ultra-thin, 12" by 30") and a chair sensor (ultra-thin, 12" by 12"). Requires two 9-volt batteries (included). My dad had dementia for a long time and was diagnosed with very late stage cancer in late September. I ordered this sensor for taking him home (he was too weak to get up but would try anyway), but he passed away before I even received the package from Amazon. I had to go to California the day after the funeral and missed the deadline to return it. The original price was $89. I'll sell it for $60 (again, never even opened the package) or best offer.
