We ordered a meter box. It didn't have the closure plate so we ordered this one. We installed it then saw our meter box wasn't on our local companies approved list. So we took the closure plate off and returned the meter box. I couldn't return the plate because we'd taken it out of the plastic wrap.
So basically new meter closure plate without the plastic bag. The photos are of the item on hand ready to ship.
