Sadly selling my project CNC mill as I no longer have a space to operate it - it’s down to possibly needing 1 or 2 motors (Y & Z, X & spindle are good) per checking all motors with “meg meter.” New motors are available from Centroid CNC. The Centroid M400S controller was 100% rebuilt down to individual Chios for $4000 by Remedy Machine Sales in PA (great support for these mills) - then stress tested prior to shipping. This controller is capable of conversational programming or accepting g-code from CAM software. It is the best CNC for my weak CAM programming abilities and a lot less expensive than the ProtoTRAK I used to have. I have approx $10,000 + labor/time invested at this point and it’s looking like another $3,000 will be needed if both motors need to be replaced. Specs are shown in photos including the name plate. You can make an offer but I’m not looking to loose a bunch of money because I obtained the mill for a great price to begin with. I live 2 hours away from where the mill is in Fletcher so I’ll need to know that you’re very interested and close to making a deal before showing it in person. And the mill is currently stored at a friend’s factory so I have to make arrangements to get a guest inside. Let me know if I missed posting any needed info and hope everyone is well. Cheers, DA
