I've remodeled my garages using fold-up type doors and in that process the existing seven roll top garage doors have all been replaced. Of those seven doors four (4) have sold. Three (3) doors remain available: Two (2) 8x9s and one (1) 8x10. Also available is one (1) chain pull lift motor, chain track/mount, remote control and suspension mounts.
About the doors: All of them are insulated 3 layer type. The outer layer being wood (cedar), the middle layer insulation, the interior layer a hard fiberboard. Were you to consider new ones you should expect to pay at least $1600 or more per door plus installation and attachment and miscellaneous hardware.
7 x 9s: The two doors shown as the featured pic are Clopay brand. Dimensions are 7' high x 9' wide. Will come with critical hardware necessary to reinstall it such as track rails, nuts and bolts and more. UPDATE: Both 7x9s have sold.
8 x 9s: The second set of two are made by Crawford and are 8' high x 9' wide. Same as above on track rails, parts, etc.
8 x 10s: The third set are 8' high x 10' wide, track rails, similar parts but no lift motors. UPDATE: One 8x10 has sold.
7 x 10: The fourth and final door is a 7' high x 10' wide single door also with rails, etc., and also without lift motor. UPDATE: Sold, no longer available.
Condition: The doors are in good operational and cosmetic condition with the exception of one 8x9 and one 8x10 that sustained some exterior damage to a panel that rather mysteriously were gouged by a bear! Odd because the garages never had food or food waste stored in them so I have no idea what the attraction was. As far as all the rest there is a bit of evidence of normal weather/time deterioration, mostly on the base panel where it meets ground level, although this does not impeded use nor visual appearance. The last of the photos are the door "sets", disassembled and ready for repurposing. Again, all doors will have the original installation hardware as was used when they were put into service.
