Price is per pair. The measurement of the shoe is 10" long (so would fit a 8" or 9" foot? I usually used an 8.5 size?) I purchased these many decades ago in India when I lived there. Notice the intricate and detailed weaving of the leather. (See the close up). Very hard to find someone that will do that kind of work these days. All the leather braided shoes I have seen on the web do NOT have this intricate braiding. (I haven't found even one image of this braiding on shoes.) I have had the soles redone here in the USA spending a lot of money to keep these useable forever. I have since had an Achilles Tendon injury and can no longer wear shoes with back straps. I think I purchased these in the 1980's or 1990's when I was living in India. I also have other styles of India vintage leather shoes also.
